Taillon et fils Farm
Christian Taillon and his partners were able to evolve the family farm towards organic and emerging crops such as hemp, which ensured the survival and prosperity of the company.
This year, 130 hectares of hemp are grown on the Taillon farm which plans to double its production in 2019 for a total of 267 hectares.
In Quebec and Canada, hemp is mainly grown for its seeds. The farm Taillon tests this year 8 cultivars intended for a double harvest (seeds AND fibers) to increase the potential of the plant.
Very nice rise in this field sown on June 9th.
